Raad van Tucht doet uitspraak in de eerste tuchtklacht tegen Deloitte inzake CSS Holding

Geachte redactie,

De Raad van Tucht van het NIVRA doet dinsdag 19 december 2006 om 9.45 uur in het openbaar uitspraak in de eerste tuchtklacht van SOBI tegen Deloitte met betrekking tot CSS Holding.

De uitspraak wordt gedaan ten kantore van de Secretaris, Strawinskylaan 1999 te Amsterdam (WTC). Dezelfde ingang als Nauta Dutilh.

De klacht was op 26 mei 2005 door SOBI ingediend en heeft betrekking op de controle van de jaarrekeningen 1999 t/m 2001 van CSS Holding, het bedrijf dat in november 2002 onverwacht ter ziele ging.
De tweede tuchtklacht is op 30 september 2006 ingediend en heeft betrekking op een door Deloitte opgesteld due diligencerapport. In die zaak verwacht SOBI binnenkort het verweerschrift van Deloitte.
